Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Restore by Studio Ink, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

• Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received (if required).

Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in deposit forfeiture.

No-Shows

• Clients who fail to appear without notice forfeit their deposit.

• Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

• The deposit may be forfeited if the appointment cannot be completed.

Medical or Emergency Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
